Project Goal
Create a tri-fold menu for a fictional restaurant, The Twisted Goose Brunch House.
Summary: In their design brief, the Twisted Goose Brunch House emphasized its pride in using locally sourced ingredients from Alaska. To reflect this, I used blue and yellow in the menu’s color palette as a direct nod to Alaska’s state flag. I also wanted to pay homage to the local
cafes and restaurants decorated with the history of their communities. To do this, I featured a photo of the establishment on the cover of the menu to further support their cozy and
grounded restaurant atmosphere. Finally, I included photos of their two most popular
dishes, providing customers with clear visual previews of their house specialties.
